Beautiful place and great location if you want a larger room and close to theaters.
Space, location, grounds
Cons They didn’t let us know when room was ready. Said they would text and didn’t. Had to go in and ask. Key was sitting right there.

Relaxing and rejuvenating.
What a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating night's stay I had at Lithia Springs Resort! Between the gorgeous grounds, relaxing waters of the outdoor jacuzzi and mineral tub in my room, giant, comfy bed, and nutritious, varied breakfast, I was able to fully recover from the many days of exploring, hiking, shopping, and play-going I had experienced in Ashland. Thank you!
Cons I wish there had been a microwave in my room, and that the TV could have connected with my laptop/streaming services, rather than old-fashioned cable television. On the other hand, I did not end up wanting to watch television, and the lack of microwave was not make-or-break. It would have been easy to have in the closet with the mini-fridge, though! Oh...and an electric kettle for tea, for those of us who don't drink coffee!
The location and the breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
Cons The jacuzzi was way too hot. The studio room was too small. Tried to upgrade to a larger room, but was told there wasn’t any availability.
My favorite retreat for relaxation& memory making
Lithia Springs is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Love the rooms, the pool & spa, and the breakfast is amazing!!!!
Cons I do not have one bad thing to say about the resort.
Fantastic weekend stay
We were at first placed in a room that was too small for two vacationing women. So the staff moved us to an available room that fit our needs. First into a bungalow and then into a king suite. The location was an easy drive to downtown Ashland. And the gardens were nicely manicured with lots a seating areas. We loved the pool and took advantage of it daily.
Cons We enjoyed the pool, but the hottub was too hot to enjoy lounging in.
Would stay here again.
Beautiful rooms and property.
Cons Neighborhood was a bit unglamorous but not bad.
