I liked the fact that workers smiled and said hi and that the facility was very clean

Nice Location, clean & comfortable facilities, very busy establishment, pricey.

Did not have breakfast but I thought the $28 dollar price for the buffet was too much.

Cons No complimentary water in the room and no complimentary coffee in the lobby

I will not be staying at this location anymore. I really feel since we had so many issues they should reimburse me part

It’s very close to Long Beach airport.

Cons Too expensive. Overcharge too much for daily incidental. Mattress was not comfortable. Hotel restaurant does not accept cash. When it says you can pay at the property you can’t split the bill to pay upfront. You can only use one card. Refrigerator did not work. My Sister is a diabetic her insulin did not stay cold. She had to use the ice bucket. Maintenance came 3 times to fix the fridge and it still did not work. The shower was stopped up water almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor. The sink had a slow drain. Maintenance found hair was stuck in the sink which caused the slow drainage. Maintenance did repair the shower and sink that was the only good thing.

Those were Hiccups, I hope they pay more attention, I do have pictures of the Huge Roaches...

Cons Big Roaches in Front of Hotel Loose Toilet Paper Holder. Shower Door would not Stay Close Missing Handle for shower wand Attitude from Check-In Clerk!!! We let them know about the Bathroom issues the next day .....

Very friendly and helpful staff, located close to the airport which made an early morning flight very easy!
