Cool old building. Funky bathroom
A special property, that deserves better care and updating. Rooms were clean.
Cons General access areas poorly lit, maintained. Rooms converted from a jesuit retreat and thereby some of the ergonomics of door, shower sizes not great (I'm small: 5'4"). In cold days heating may be marginal.
The location was great and the style of the hotel went well with our weekend adventure to the wooden boat festival.
Friendly staff and unique old-world charm. The room was spacious and the bed was large.
