Cons No water in room, no paper or pen in room, coffee machine broken, no conditioner in shower, TV a nightmare to get google cast to work--never did---little things that make a difference and are generally expected.

This hotel is absolutely horrible.
I have been a credit card carrying member of Bonvoy for over ten years. I stay at this hotel at least two to three times a month. I get no points. I get no credits for stays. I get no breakfast. The bar/ restaurant charges $20 for a salad! You can guess what they charge for everything else. I would never book this hotel!!!

I visited RG Rooted Grounds for coffee and was warmly greeted by Earvin and Desi. They truly made my day! My coffee was delicious, and both Earvin and Desi were so helpful and welcoming. Their customer service was outstanding, which is hard to find these days. Thank you both for such a great experience!
