Rooms are dirty with clogged drains and broken showers, no housekeeping during stays, and terrible soundproofing keeps you awake at night. Staff are friendly and the castle views are nice, but basic amenities like hair dryers and hot water don't work. The location requires a steep uphill walk to reach.
