Historic building with great rotunda

Great location. Even though we couldn’t arrive on the scheduled date due to the cancellation of our flight they didn’t change for that night. We loved the interior of the building.

Cons Train noise all through the night

International tourists not welcome and beware security deposit scam

Motel was in an excellent location and beutifully equipped. Room was large and beutifully furnished.

Cons 1. Humiliated by reception staff as they refused to accepted credit card as security as our bank was not American. If booking.con hadn't already taken money from our account, they were refusing to have us. 2. They have not refunded security. 3. Unprofessional and scammed us out of "security"

Good hub for work trip

This room was comfortable and well appointed. I love the atmosphere of historic but updated. I was able to access easily via a bus from the airport. Staff was ok. They checked me in and out but did not help beyond the basics. I appreciated the comfortable, spacious place to get work done and rest easily.

Great location, complimentary breakfast, discounts at local restaurants, cheap parking.

The location to the Fox Theater The decor and cleanliness. The staff and customer service provided.

Cons Small parking lot behind the hotel. Additional parking is a walk to get to the lot to pick up our car when checking out. The weather was good for us this trip but winters have snow and ice which is not safe for elderly to walk.
