Cons Location not good and restaurant was not good

Horrible Experience Do NOT Come HERE !!

My husband and I are newlyweds and came to visit family in New Orleans July 30, 2026 - Aug 2, 2026, and chose this Marriott because well we believed they are really nice hotels but unfortunately not this one!! The charge for parking is $20.00 a day if you only park it one time and $ 3.00 additional if you move your vehicle multiple times withing the day or night!!! We stayed 4 nights this trip so that was horrible!! Our room could never be cool even when we put the AC on 60 °F. The king bed was not comfortable whatsoever, and the couch was better than the bed!! When speaking to the front desk the lady working nights during our trip was very rude when we had questions and definitely let us know we were bothering her. Especially when we inquired when the additional room charges for $415.00 incidental fee would be put back on the card on file we were quickly snapped at with 7 to 10 business days!! IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN ASSIST YOU WITH!!! So needless to say, we will not be returning!!! -The Thackstons

Offer some incentives to make me wanna come back this hotel was just ok in my opinion food was ok nothing to write home
