Nita Lake Lodge

Total luxury

Exceptional property- beautiful location- amazing service and a very special way to celebrate our anniversary.

Cons Nothing. It was superb

Fabulous experience! Staff were exceptional during our stay. Complimentry bikes, canoes an added bonus.Very peaceful, well appointed rooms. Thouroughly enjoyed the bigger bath. Breakfast was delicious. The cafe, catered for exceptional coffee. Spa and wellness facilities relaxing. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Verbesserungspotential.

Let down by inconsistent housekeeping and a lack of attention to detail.

We found the large bed very comfortable, and the balcony was fantastic—you could look down at the restaurant and enjoy the lively ambience below. The location was excellent, and the bathroom was wonderful too. Megan is fantastic staff, she is very attentive-care to all the details about the activities. She is very flexible and mind to check that will not reflect negatively to other guests. She is kind and helps so much with our children.

Cons Housekeeping removed the used towels from the bathroom but did not replace them, which was surprising. Even after we called to request fresh towels, they never arrived. The bath foam and aromatherapy bath cubes were not replenished either, so we could not fully enjoy the bathtub during our stay. Our suite also had a sofa bed for our children, but it was not properly remade. The pillows were arranged neatly on top, while the bedding underneath was left untouched. Other small but noticeable details—such as straightening and cleaning the bedside and coffee areas—were also overlooked. Unfortunately, these issues gave the impression that the housekeeping service was rushed and lacked attention to detail. The cleanliness and proper upkeep of a guest room are fundamental to a comfortable hotel stay, so this aspect was particularly disappointing.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful setting, exceptional staff, great food, lovely room.

The location is amazing. Looking over the lake and being able to swim. The view, the food, the staff - everything exceptional.
