Close to the water. Good location

Lots of Americans should stay somewhere else. There are two flights of stairs up and many rooms have shared bathrooms.

Very clean, great location, good value.

Cons I had no complaints. I was really impressed in how the place had been rethought in an old building. They didn’t strip it all out and make it sterile. They worked with the existing building.

Really appreciated the helpfulness of the front end check in person I think Jack. He was very helpf

I like the feel of the boutique hotel and the location great walking distance to a lot of great eateries and breweries and water.

Cons Did not like the parking on the street situation, the stairs and the shared bathrooms I felt made it not quite the value for the price we paid for the rooms.

I did notnhave a stay, room was adjacent to lobby, could hear everyone through window and lobby.
