Room and grounds were clean. Location was great.
It was a great location for a convention. If the convention is adjacent to the facility. The food and beverage was basic. The staff was so so definitely on par with some kind of roadside motel.
Cons The staff was not very accommodating. Almost as though we were doing them a favor by staying there.. The food was really basic. I asked for a better blow dryer at the front desk and they laughed..

Near the public transit, many food options surrounding the hotel, our room was very clean, bed was very comfortable

Overbooking and hair in the Caesar salad.

Cons Check in time was 4pm. I think they overbooked because there were lots of guests waiting for their rooms. When I checked in , they told me no rooms available yet and they would call me once available, around 5.23 Pm I went back to check and I told the front desk that I’ve been waiting for their call but never got one, that’s when they gave me a room, only then I got a call from them around 5.28 PM. When I got the room, the whole family was so tired from driving 4 hours so we didn’t have the energy to go out to eat so we decided to request room Service our food. We ordered Caesar salad, steam,chicken and sandwich. To my dissatisfaction, there was a hair in the caesar salad, i didn’t complain, i didn’t have the energy to complain anymore.
Bad. Will never book with them again. Check in process was soooooo bad.
Breakfast
Cons Check in was 4pm but they said room wasn't ready. Waited for 1 1/2hr to be checked in. I was so tired and I wanted to rest but nobody could tell me when I can check in. After getting a call to check in, I still have to fall in line (which is very long) to do the process.
