Cons The staff was awful...on the morning of the check out which was 11am....the just walked right in at 9 am unanswered. They were rude and told us that we already checked out when we didn't. then they shut off our elevator card so it wouldn't work. Hope you take them off your list of places so this doesnt happen to anyone else when you pay $650 a night......awful !!!!

Gorgeous Hotel with perfect location

Only stayed one night, but what a beautiful property. The team was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The balcony was large and had beautiful view of the water.

Hidden gem

I was looking for a place to stay on our cross country drive. We have stayed in Coeur d’Alene before but wanted different. I spotted One Lakeside on Google Maps. Our room was more like an apartment than a hotel. The view, labeled partial, was fantastic of the lake. It was very clean, well stocked. It was a casual walk to multiple eateries, we picked Tandoori grill with great food. We walked off dinner along the lake for 30 minutes. The room values was high. We will stay here again!
