Cons Night time is a little peculiar. Homeless people and drug addicts awake and roaming throughout the streets in the wee hours of the morning. I guess that’s downtown Portland?

Free parking. Great choice of good teas. Good Coffee. We needed a light bulb changed and they immediately responded and voila! A new light bulb was brought to the room.

Cons Ice machine at the Inn part of the complex wasn't working. However, a staff person was walking by when I was attempting to extract ice and he volunteered to go over to the main hotel and bring back some ice. Wow!

Great stay with a beautiful view supported by a fine staff.

Room 401 had a great view of downtown Portland yet the suite windows were surrounded by trees making it feel private. Having parking was also helpful. I hope to come back again.

Cons Can't think of anything that could be better.

Cons Da wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen, wurden wir leider beide Tage durch sehr laute Geräusche draussen( Baufahrzeug? Müllabfuhr? Laute Autofahrer?) ab 4:30 geweckt. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war es dann besser.

Perfect location for the art museum. It was great to have complimentary tickets to the Japanese Gardens.

Cons Beds could be upgraded
