The hotel has a great central location with thoughtful room design, but thin walls let noise through from neighbors and hallways. You must request housekeeping yourself or your room won't get cleaned. Rooms run hot or cold, staff are often unhelpful or unwilling to speak English, and breakfast selection is small.
