Mixed experience overall — great room quality but some service and comfort issues that could be improved

Comfortable, clean room of excellent quality

Cons I requested a quiet room but was given one in a busy area with a lot of foot traffic and music playing in the corridor. When I called reception to ask for a room change, I was told no rooms were available, but when I went down to reception in person, they kindly changed my room to the sixth floor, where it was much better. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t great, and there were no snacks or other items usually found in the room (which you’d normally pay for). Also, the bathtub had no hot water.

Improvements needed - front desk.

Rooms, Cleanliness, Food, Menu, Security.

Cons Front Desk - Check out invoice printing. It is pathetically slow. Finally i had to leave without getting final invoice in my hand. I am now expecting it on email. However i have stayed in this hotel multiple times and this is not an one off experience. The hotel management certainly needs to look into making the check-in, check-out and front desk more efficient.

Great location and great staff.

Cons I like the property but It starts to get a little worn out, toilet is broken, q-tips left from previous guests, spots on the mirror. The sink have seen better days

Cons Room needs refurbishment. Carpet and bathroom are not clean.
