Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms, comfy beds in most cases, and villa units have private pools. But the place is aging badly: broken tub jets, busted doors, no hot water, a bad smell in some villas, and AC that struggles. Expect wear you wouldn't tolerate at this price. Villas are the better bet, but even those need work.
