Cons Lack of cleaning … we were there 5 nights & in the booking.com spiel .. it stated a clean would be done after 4 days …. Nope! We could take our towels down to reception & “trade them in” but housekeeping couldn’t give us any! Garbage wasn’t even cleaned from rooms! Rubbish build up … bags of rubbish piled up at reception… the outside bins were full when we arrived & when we left this morning … still not emptied. Ice machine not working

Cons The hot tub didn't work. Coffee at breakfast was bitter..

My kitchenette was great. The evening staff person was very upbeat helpfull, & awesome. Housekeeping was very helpful. Easy reservations through Booking.com

Cons Parking a bit tight and I have a large truck. The morning office person was kinda snappy. The pool and pool bathroom needed a really good cleaning. I wish the vending machines took cash.
