Quality Inn Paradise Creek Pullman
Praised forfriendly staff · good location · great breakfast buffet
Flagged forcleanliness issues · outdated rooms · mixed quality of amenities
Bedroom tv didn’t work. Staff did not fix it after we reported it. Freezer part of fridge was frosted over preventing fridge from keeping food cold. No elevator for 2nd floor. Bed was very comfortable.
Well the pictures on the website look nothing like the actual room so i feel like we overpaid for the room we got. It was clean and everyone was friendly but the pictures should speak what yoir paying for. Other words a great time
Friendly staff
We’ve stayed here several times - warm welcoming staff, clean and well maintained, breakfast, plenty of parking, and convenient proximity to Washington State University
Nice stay. Friendly staff.
Very nice place
