Great place in downtown Glasgow to begin your journey
The hotel was very well located within the city in the downtown area. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of construction on the road and we had to find a different entrance. The room was Very well appointed and all amenities were in place. I would stay there again.
Cons Like I said there was quite a bit of construction but fortunately I was there on a Friday and so it was pretty well shut down by the time I got there but some things were blocked off. We were within walking distance of many bars and restaurants in order to take care of us.
Lovely hotel in a great location for a City Break.
We stayed overnight to move my daughter back from Uni. We left early before breakfast due to a long drive. The hotel is in a great location in the City and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and well presented.

The staff members were all wonderful — warm, professional and extremely helpful. The room was clean, and I also enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely sweets. I honestly could not have asked for more from such a professional and welcoming team. The location is also very convenient (only around a 2-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station). The room felt rather cold for me personally, although I completely appreciate that this is a matter of individual preference and I would not blame the hotel team for this. In fact, when I mentioned it, the team kindly provided me with a small heater and an extra quilt, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I had a good stay, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff made a very positive impression on me. Thank you to the whole team for your warm hospitality.
Cons However, the soundproofing was unfortunately very poor. I could hear conversations and television sounds from neighbouring rooms throughout the night, and I could hardly sleep on my first night. This was the main issue that affected my stay and is certainly something I hope the hotel can improve.
