חוויה מאכזבת מאוד ב-Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca. התארחנו במלון זוג עם שני ילדים, ולצערי השהייה הייתה רחוקה מאוד ממה שציפינו ממלון ברמה הזאת. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מאכזבת מאוד – מבחינתנו אפילו עדיף היה לא לרדת. המבחר היה דל ולא מגוון ולא תאם את הציפיות שלנו ממלון ברמה ובמחיר הזה. גם השירות היה מאכזב מאוד. אנחנו ארבעה אנשים בחדר וביקשתי שלוש פעמים מגבות נוספות. המנקה הביאה לי מגבת אחת בלבד, וכשהסברתי שאנחנו זוג עם שני ילדים ושאנחנו צריכים מגבות נוספות, בין היתר בגלל שהרצפה נרטבת בזמן המקלחת, לא קיבלתי מענה מספק. בסופו של דבר, למרות שביקשתי שוב ושוב, לא קיבלתי את כמות המגבות שביקשתי. בעיניי זו בקשה בסיסית ביותר מאורחים במלון. הבריכה קטנה מאוד, במיוחד ביחס למה שציפינו ממלון בגודל וברמה הזאת. אבל הדבר שהפריע לנו יותר מכל היה נושא הניקיון. ממש מול החדר שלנו היה אזור מכוסה בכמות עצומה של לשלשת ציפורים. צילמתי את המצב והתמונות מדברות בעד עצמן. לראות הצטברות כזאת ממש מול החדר גרם לנו לתחושה מאוד לא נעימה לגבי רמת התחזוקה וההיגיינה במלון. המראה היה כל כך לא נעים, עד שאפילו נגעלתי להתקלח בחדר. קשה להבין איך במלון שנושא את השם Radisson Blu מאפשרים למצב כזה להישאר מול חדרי האורחים מבלי לנקות אותו באופן יסודי. בסופו של דבר, עבור משפחה של זוג ושני ילדים, החוויה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד: ארוחת בוקר דלה, בקשות חוזרות למגבות שבסופו של דבר לא נענו בכמות שביקשנו, בריכה קטנה ובעיקר מצב ניקיון מזעזע מול החדר. ציפינו להרבה יותר ממלון Radisson Blu. לצערי, אחרי החוויה הזאת לא הייתי בוחר להתארח כאן שוב

An absolutely perfect hotel – without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome from Masoud, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. He surprised us with the wonderful news that we had been upgraded to a suite. The suite was extremely spacious and luxurious, with a huge bed, a bathtub, and an enormous balcony. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. There were also several dishes prepared fresh to order, including omelets with different toppings, avocado toast, and many other options. The swimming pool was large and beautiful, with a poolside bar. Every member of staff was kind, attentive, and helpful. They took the time to explain the food and answered every question with patience and genuine kindness. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with delicious food and an extensive menu. In addition, there is a fantastic bar on the 16th floor with a stunning view of the sea. We enjoyed every moment and received outstanding service throughout our stay. A special thank you to Masoud and the entire hotel team for making our experience unforgettable. We will definitely return!
