After the first night our stay was excellent. Friendly staff in general and the lady we dealt with at the frontdesk was
Two things: 1. we were upgraded from a junior suite to a normal suite. 2. The first night was very noisy until 11pm. Reason being there was a bar straigt above us (Bamboo Bar) with very loud music. When we reported it to the front desk the next day the lady flagged it up to her management and the music was tuned down for the remaining 7 nights. We appreciated that they acknowledged the issue and worked it for our stay.
Cons 1. Room service should be encouraged to report issues. E.g. one of the two sinks was completely clogged. Again when reported to the front desk it got fixed after some 2 hours work for the mechanics. 2. Cleaning should be better in the bathroom area (same dirt remained for the entire stay). 3. Carpet had a large number of stains (no doubt because of misbehaviour of earlier guests) and we think at least some of these could be cleaned by a professional service.

В целом, хороший отель, есть хороший бассейн и СПА, вкусные завтраки, наверное одни из лучших в Ереване среди отелей, номер очень просторный и комфортный
Cons - Бронировал номер с ванной, вместо этого был номер с душем и адаптированный под людей с ограниченными возможностями, из-за чего в душе не было поддона и половину душевой комнаты заливало, что создавало дискомфорт (особенно учитывая что номер специально повышенной категории взял ради ванной) - Халат в номер так и не предоставили, даже после обращения - Зал слабо оборудован

Cons Špinavé koberce všude a opotřebovaný nábytek. Staré křesla z kterých skoro trčí tvrdě vnitřní pružiny. V pokoji jsem měla křeslo staré, v kavárně, v beauty také….
