Rooms are spacious and mostly clean but need renovation. Loud staff in common areas disrupt sleep. Beds sometimes twin instead of double, temperature controls don't work, and towels run short. Breakfast quality varies. Pool and spa are decent, but unhelpful staff and poor room service disappoint.
