Adequate for our needs

Breakfast was somewhat limited, although we knew it was continental. Location great with gas and food options nearby. No hint of smoke in room.

Cons No extra blankets in room. Delivered promptly to door when we called and asked. Calling to ask is just another thing to do when tired from a long trip. Sound dampening between floors could be improved, not being carpeted could be the cause. Extra charge when checking out. Was told it was a processing or a “supplemental”fee, and that many other hotels were now doing this. Comment was made about it being due to “the economy”. On check in we had been assured that the held deposit was just an authorization in case of expenses or damages, and that we would be refunded the hold in full. Will be contacting Booking.com regarding this charge.

The place was good, bed was comfortable, breakfast was very limited and undesirable.

Cons I made my reservation a month before my arrival date. I was placed on the second floor next to the laundry room. When I requested a downstairs room I was informed that they were full and unable to accommodate my request. The night before I had stayed at a Best Western and their breakfast included eggs bacon or sausage. Lots of danish, bagels,toast and waffles. Yours had waffles (one kind) cereal toast. Not really enough as to even claim a free breakfast. I will stay at the Best Western across the street from you on my return

The price was reasonable. Loved that they had a room with 3 queen beds. Just what i needed.

Cons The accommodations were just mid-level, which was okay due to the lower price.
