Beautiful hotel just a shame about the reception staff at both sides of the resort

The room was nice and clean and it had a beautiful view and it was lovely to get to renaissance island

Cons The staff on reception they where very rude plus this hotel was trying to charge us for something we had already paid for

La ubicación, la habitación muy linda, el desayuno no podía ser mejor y lo amable del personal, además incluye viaje en lancha hacia la isla de flamencos y las iguanas, que también cuenta como atracción turística.

Cons Siempre había una pequeña corriente en la habitación que salía de un conducto de ventilación.

Emplacement, installations, piscine, île privée et animations

Cons Réception sommaire sans détails des horaires d’accès aux installations et restaurants. Attente un peu longue au restaurant le midi et soir.

Excellent stay - I totally recommend.

I loved the location, the privacy of hotel beach , flamingo private island, the view from the room and pool area. We liked it so much that during the same vacation we come back to Renaissance Wind Creek after staying in Palm Beach.

Cons Stuff should smile more.
