The Staff is outstanding!
The Staff was the best! They were extremely helpful, informative, and friendly. We stayed a night before an Alaska Cruise & a night after the cruise. We rented a 2-Bedroom Apartment which clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Pike’s Market and lots of Restaurants.
Cons The elevator is very small as the building is 100+ years old but a really good job was done on modernizing the Rooms.

Location in city, size of apt good for a couple and 1 child but not more.
Cons Parking drop off size, location. Very hard to find and park for drop-off. Size of 2nd bedroom is too small.
Worked for what we needed.
Location was great. Easy to access a lot of downtown by foot. Held suitcases until check-in.
Cons Would have liked a larger Lobby area to sit and rest while waiting for check-in. Worst was that the bedrooms did not have AC and with closing the doors to the main room at night for sleeping, it got very hot in the bedrooms and made it difficult to sleep well.
Would stay here again :)
Liked how close we were to pike place, friendly staff, spacious room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Was able to find a parking garage near by with SpotHero.
Had higher expectations of the room, only thing we liked was the location.
The location was perfect.
Cons Our room was not cleaned well. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower curtain smelled of mildew. The kitchen was dirty (coffee pot and counter).
