Residence Inn by Marriott Idaho Falls
Praised forclean and spacious rooms · friendly and helpful staff · great breakfast options · good location
Flagged fornoise from street and AC · cleanliness issues in some rooms · value for money concerns
Go elsewhere for breakfast (or don't buy it in your stay) but otherwise a decent place.
The checkin process was smooth and they were very helpful knowing that we were from England and had no idea where to go or what to do. They even provided suggestions on where to eat out.
Cons The breakfast is pretty shabby. If you get there at 9.15 (shortly before they close the doors) there is practically no hot offering left.
Has everything you need all in one place
Clean friendly and love the atmosphere
Cons Not one thing
somewhat pricey for the area.
location provides good access to downtown
Cons parking is too congested, breakfast is not sufficient. needs more elevators
Wonderful
Excellent hotel in a nice location
This is a great place to stay!
We stayed here a week visiting our grandchildren. Breakfast is one of the best and our suite 523 had a great view of the river and river walk. It has an excellent location right downtown making it easy to go to numerous restaurants nearby. Of special note my wife got ill and we requested an extra day to stay. The hotel was sold out, but the manager, Robert was able to rearrange things and accommodated our request. Everybody at the hotel were very personable and helpful. This is a great place to stay in Idaho Falls.
