Modern hotel with a friendly staff and great breakfast but in a sketchy neighborhood. Overpriced.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The Room had a kitchenette with fridge and microwave and they have a small indoor pool and work out room. The breakfast was wonderful. It is also within a short walk of the train station and not far from some nice shops, restaurants, etc.
Cons The kitchen had no dishes or pots and pans, etc. so unless you brought your own was not very useful. It's also in an area very close to many homeless encampments so although no one bothered us we didn't feel particularly safe. The pool does not have a hot tub and although our room was clean the halls had not been vacuumed and I don't think were the entire time we were there. Because of all that we felt it was overpriced.

Cons The breakfast wasn’t that great. Also, we paid extra to include breakfast, but no one asked for our room number, so we could easily have just walked in.

The property was close to all major landmarks.
Cons Breakfast is sub par. Hotel does not carry simple items like bread, condiments, vegetarian choice of meals which was disappointing to see.
