Cons Parking lot lights-too bright from inside the hotel room.

The room was nice, good facilities.

Cons Hard to get house keeping, I was originally double charged and it took a week to get back, and still don't have my points.

Steph was nice the overall thought of the setup was nice with the kitchen the living room area with the pull out and then Bed and bathroom separate but the room was filthy the bed was not changed I did not even sleep in it I slept on a desk chair because both that and the couch look filthy the sheets in the blankets for disheveled on the the pillows were scrunched like there was heads on them. In the bathroom there were hairs from somebody other than myself in the sink long ones black on the counter as well the fixtures were dirty the sink obviously had been wiped down or cleaned as well as the shower both had places where you can visibly see the daily use as well as more hair in the shower and Bubbles from the soap I generally do not give reviews like this they just go about my business for a little things but this one was so obscene that I can't quit thinking about it so I am writing in this on here maybe out of order not all in the good parts but I don't think it was worth any bit of the money nor was it safe or worthy of a tenant or a renter being in there that's not generally what I've ever seen within any hotel let alone yours I hope to stay there in the future and probably in the current future a real soon but I do not want to hit that I'm hoping it was a one-time deal and I don't ever run into that again maybe I should have alerted the management but I don't think it's his job in the middle of the night or late in the evening anyway to have you clean and remake a room because it didn't get done with the regular staff but I'm not too sure I don't know I'm just assuming he had his own duties anyway I didn't get to use the room as proper as I thought I could definitely not laying in the bed or sitting on the couch so like I said I slept in a chair not my worst night sleep ever, but surely not my best either I wish I had taken pictures of the room as my one regret as I did not but I also didn't plan on...

Great place to stay in Pullman

I really like the hotel’s location, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped. Everything felt convenient and easy, making it an overall great place to stay.

Cons I think the breakfast could offer a bit more variety. It was good, but it ended up being the same every day, which made it feel repetitive.
