Love the location, pools, restaurants, bakery, and friendly staff.

Cons Room was musty, sugar and creamer packets have solidified, tv stations are limited and picture quality is very poor.

Overall, it was peaceful .

Very convenient for the party that was planned nearby. He view was real nice

Cons My room had a moldy smell and the carpets were damp. The beds were too hard.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff is amazing

I enjoyed my stay. One of the main restaurants is being renovated, but I was told of the situation and it didn’t impact my stay. There was a little construction as well, but not disruptive. The staff is amazing and makes up for all of it. Look for Andy in the lounge. Such a nice gentleman. I enjoyed chatting with him and he helped a solo traveler feel right at home. Also say hello to Nyx in the coffee shop and bar. She was so kind. Rooms were clean and beds were firm and not worn out. The pools were sparkling and clean. Enjoy the views and take the tour bus to town. Housekeeping is daily and are kind as the rest of the staff. I can’t say enough about the hospitality of the staff. Other bigger chains could learn something by how this staff handles themselves and treats their customers. Outstanding. I will be back.
