Location is Great but the Room is Disappointing
The location was beautiful. You have a gorgeous view of the bay.
Cons I was pretty disappointed in the quality of the room vs the amount of money you pay. The rooms need some major renovation. My room in particular, I instantly smelled mold. The carpet was way far beyond its lifespan. I noticed how old it was from it separating from its foundation, and there was a lot of patchwork done. The paint was coming off all over the bathtub, and there was a huge patch at the bottom of the tub. I was hoping to cook in the kitchen, but I chose not to as soon as I saw a big "Out of Order" taped on my dishwasher. I spent over $200 in total after all of the taxes and fees, and I paid a $100 security deposit. In my opinion, other than the view and location, not worth the price.
