Seattle Marriott Bellevue

Meh..not the best option in the area

Location was great, but the hotel service was sub par. We showed up a little bit early and the rooms weren’t ready so they said we are rushing it and will text you when available. We sat for 2.5 hours and finally went back to desk only to find out rooms were ready. So no text, person I worked with at desk gone so that was disappointing. Restaurant closed for a few hours so really only option was a mini mart. Walls are SUPER thin. I could hear someone coughing all the time and every move in the bathroom. Remote for TV didn’t work well. Beds were comfortable, good shower pressure and roomy bathroom, but overall I would pick a different spot honestly. There are plenty to choose from in that same area for business.

Cons Down the street parking is inconvenient in the rain. Valet is expensive.

Modern four-star hotel in an office park

Our stay at the Marriott Bellevue was pleasant but the title sums it up really. We had a reason to be in Bellevue and the location of the hotel worked for us however it is an otherwise pretty bland area, just off the freeway with not much around other than office buildings. Our room was comfortable and what you would expect of a soul-less hotel of this category. The gym is really good with an excellent range of equipment. Otherwise there are no other amenities at the hotel. The restaurant was a bit below expectations and the wine list lacking and expensive for what it is. This is a shame considering the lack of alternate options in the vicinity of the hotel. The parking at $45++ a night is expensive however we simply parked on the street overnight and there are other parking lots very close to the hotel.
