Very friendly
The young men at the front desk were helpful, courteous and good communicators. I wish I remembered their names because they were a delight and the reason I came back several days later.
Good value for money but not a typical Sheraton

Cons Turns out that our visit coincided with freshman move-in at the local universities, so it was a little pricey. When we arrived the room temperature was set to 64 so it took a while to return to a livable temp.
Unimpressive
The location
Cons We upgraded to get two beds versus one, the upgrade came with breakfast access to a "special" room. Ha! Not so "special" the line for the coffee machine was long and when not long having to wait for it to be cleaned. The staff should have asked if any one in the party was disabled, it would have saved us the parking fee. Overall, this is the second time we have stayed here, have to say not impressed either time. There will not be a third time.
