It was a good experience and worth it. Good location in a great island.

We paid extra for the breakfast package. The breakfast was very good. The room we ended up was also very good. and had a great view. The original room had a view of the pool slide and was very noisy so the Bellhop called the front office for us. Parking was good for our rental car. I would stay there again.

Cons The Captain Andy's tour we booked at the hotel was good but I found out later that I paid too much for it. About $200 too much. So I probably won't book tours through hotels in the future.

Pésimo

Las habitaciones estaban renobadas y eran cómodas. Amenities buenos.

Cons Sobretodo el personal. Nos quejamos en el mismo establecimiento sin mucho éxito. Empezando por los cámareros sobretodo los del desayuno, la chica que te sienta en la mesa no ha podido ser más desagradable e impertinente. En recepción se mostraron muy poco comprensivos y cortantes. El personal de limpieza si que trabaja bien. Igualmente los trabajadores en general, se llamaban, reian muy alto, hacian bromas entre ellos constantemente, me pareció una actitud muy poco profesional además que hemos estado en la cadena alojados en otras ocasiones y nada que ver.

Cons Eigentlich gabs nichts. Schade ist einzig, dass es kein wirklicher Badestrand ist und man vor dort aus eher nicht ins Meer geht

Absolutely terrible

I stayed here over the 4th of July week. I paid nearly a thousand dollars more for an ocean front room, but when we got to our room it directly faced another room and did not have any semblance of an ocean view (not even partial). When I spoke with the front desk they told me if you can even see a sliver of ocean by craning your neck around the edge of the balcony it is considered an ocean front (this room was 500+) a night. The balcony is not even big enough for two adults to sit in. We also spent the entire week cleaning up residual pubic hair that seemed to be all over the room and bathroom. The front desk told me they couldn’t do anything because it is not considered a full service resort and is just a motel. The pool is smaller than a motel 6 (and dirtier). There is also absolutely no beach so don’t book here thinking it is a beach vacation. They did offer to give us beach equipment to drive 15 minutes to a public beach, but when we went to get it they “were all out.” I sent in complaints before I made this review but not a single one was acknowledged. ABSOUTELY DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXING HAWAIIAN VACATION. I also guarantee the response below is the same generic response as every other review. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT
