I will never stay here again and I will tell my family and friends to never stay at a Sheraton hotel and I want my money

Service was good, but the hotel itself has a lot of problems.

The location was great, across the street from the mall, only 15 minutes at most from the heart of the city.

Cons The hotel was under construction and it could get noisy. The first room we got was on the second floor with the gym and it sounded like people were dropping concrete blocks on our heads at 3am. They switched our room after that, but the new room we got was smaller and the shower wasn't working correctly. We couldn't get hot water, and it took the engineer a while to figure it out. The water was still not right for the rest of our stay.

Disappointed room

Location was great. Lobby was inviting

Cons Cleaning staff was very loud every morning waking us up. Construction started without notice and the king mattress was horrible and needed to be replaced. Hard

Definitely will be staying at this hotel in the future
