I love the Club on the 10th floor, it made working from the hotel much better then working from the room. Staff there was great,
Cons Only thing we didn't like was when we booked it we booked a room with a patio (description said patio) but the room we got did not have a patio. However staff looked into it and made it better.

Cons I was highly upset to be double booked in the same room with people I didn't know. Me & my party opened our room door &:walked in on people that already had a key to the room. That was a horrible experience
