Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel

Very useful to catch my plane very early in am

Free shuttle running back and forth to airport was great

Cons All good

I should have let the reservation folks know that I needed a handicapped room. That was my fault, not the hotel’s.

Clean, close to airport.

Cons Walks to elevator and room way too long

As usual we had a good overnight stay

Location

Cons Overpriced

Very handy location

Close to airport

Cons Price - but it’s an airport hotel so not cheap

For quick airport stays only...

The hotel puts on a shuttle bus [with a lovely driver!] that easily takes you to the airport, very handy. You can't actually walk to the terminal, however. Staff needed prompting, but were very helpful when you got hold of them. Very little else to say about the hotel in terms of what I appreciated.

Cons Gosh it's a dated hotel, and feels quite grubby. The pool is nothing like the pictures [and also feels dirty], the gym is small, and the on-site store [which is a great idea] was rarely manned. Great for a short stopover, but other than that, I can't find a reason to stay there. I only took a picture to prove it looked just like a Borat gif when you search 'bad hotel' on the iPhone.

Nice and clean friendly staff.

Cons Confusion over how to use phone in room to contact front desk.
