The grounds, the food options.

Cons Staff wasn’t too friendly or attentive. Long wait times for drinks, check-in. Never answered the phone when we called from the room

Awesome resort…

Amenities, location, walking trail, restaurants, scenic views and offered activities.

Cons Self Parking fee of $55 a day and no mention of public parking across the street. Not sure of the cost but wasn’t aware of it until I checked out.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in San Diego. We really loved the location, which was very convenient and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a VIP room on the top floor, which was such a wonderful surprise. We are very grateful for their kindness and for making our anniversary even more special. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and everything was very well maintained. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again. Everything was truly 10 out of 10!

We found the property to be adequate, but the room service has us wondering whether to stay at Sheraton going forward.

The location was very nice and the property grounds were very well maintained. The restaurants available within the property were good and the food selections we ordered were very well prepared, both in presentation and in taste.

Cons Though the room was nice, it definitely looked dated. The shower handle was loose to the tile, but the handle itself was hard to turn on. The sheer curtains were dirty and had spots. The rug in the room looked worn and not clean. The popcorn ceiling was bubbly probably due to moisture or humidity in the room. We requested everyday room service, but our room did get cleaned. We went to the front desk to inquire, but he did not know why our room was not cleaned. At the very least, we asked for clean towels be sent to the room. Two hours later the towels had not yet arrived. I went to the front desk a second time to request towels, after a long while, I was about to go to the front desk a third time, when the towels finally arrived. I don’t understand why it would take so long to get towels.
