Perfect beginning to our trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Silver Cloud Hotel in Tacoma! The hotel was beautiful, the waterfront location was spectacular, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The views were breathtaking, and we loved being able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was the perfect place to begin our Pacific Coast road trip! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Tacoma area.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location

Beautiful location at Ruston Point, our huge room overlooked the ocean with massive windows and a sitting area so we could watch the view. Checking in & Restaurant Staff were super friendly, efficient and professional, food gorgeous.

Cons We used the parking valet service, first of all we didn’t know it was $38/night! No one told us and secondly when the valet retrieved our car, he gave it to another group of people, we had to get involved and stop them from physically driving off! Where’s the attention to detail? Where’s the cross check? We have never had this in all our years of travelling, not impressed.

This was a short girls getaway and we couldn’t have been happier! The hotel was wonderful - we left the luxurious room

Cons Having little choice but to pay $40+ for parking was painful!

Wold have been all perfect high scores but parking ruined the experience.

Locatiom,

Cons Parking an absolute rip off. No excuse for charging over $40 a day in such a remote area. Should have free self-parking.
