Waterpark

Cons It’s big you can get lost fast.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel/complex was great.

Cons The walls were too thin for this class of hotel and the bed was terrible. The mattresses need and upgrade.

The location and grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were immaculate. Having all the amenities right at the location was wonderful. We will definitely stay again. Loved it!

Slightly bummed we had two times in a row that we had to love rooms

Cons We try to come there at least 1 to 2 times a year for 1 to 5 days and the last time we came over, we had to move rooms because the vent had some nasty smell coming out over our bed and then this time we had to move rooms because there was water pouring down through the closet into a electrical outlet right when we got into our room and then the new room was remodeled she said which you could tell it was but there was no garbage , the sink was plugged and the toilet handle was broken and a few minor other things

It’s a fun place just needs a few improvements

The water park and shops

Cons Dishwasher wasn’t clean and received a weird phone calls late at night. No blinds on the back door that faces right into the sofa bed
