Rooms are comfortable with recent renovations and good views, though they lack basics like wardrobes and proper shower shelves. The rooftop bar and restaurant are the real draws with great food and city views. Staff quality varies, and drinks are expensive at 1200 LEK, but location downtown is excellent.
