Always a good night’s stay

I’ve stayed here often when I need an overnight near the airport. The sheets were crisp, the size was roomy, the breakfast is good

Cons The shuttle was a bit slow

Comfortable, easy access to train to downtown.

The front desk was very helpful in correcting the reservation error made by booking the wrong date. They were able to correct it.

Cons Had a working tv remote in the room.

Saw on line a big price drop for the same day, should have cancelled my booking

They have lots of rooms, so my tip is book here direct on the day before you arrive and save about $50. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. it was quiet away from the lobby. Desk clerk said we needed to leave our car parked and take the shuttle to a dinner restaurant as it was too far to walk. We didn't think so and drove down the street...easily found parking. We would have had to wait on both ends for the shuttle and shelled out a tip, no decision there. Breakfast was on time and okay for the price you pay. My biggest problem was it was not a walkable area and we were knotted up from driving for hours. I'd stay further up the road next time, close to safe side roads and restaurants.

Out of and back through SeaTac often.

Great value, considering the era. Shuttle ride to hotels only a few minutes, my ride had 1 stop for a same chain hotel before this one on International Boulevard south of airport. Easy in and out of parking lot with IHOP right across an attached parking lot from the front of the hotel, plus tons of restaurants with delivery. All the Hotel staff were helpful and considerate. My top floor room, close to the elevator was quiet (traffic & noise through walls). It was an Accessible room and was expansive in space to navigate, it was clean and pleasantly decorated with a big closet, mini fridge, coffee maker.... Breakfast room had nice setup and restocking of items timely with continuous cleanup happening. Vending machines full and ice machine fully functional as well as elevator. No weird chemical smells in public area carpeting. I travel and will stay here again with my CHOICE membership.

Cons The sofa bed was much smaller than we expected. We were expecting a pull-out sofa bed, likely queen-size, but instead it was a fold-out sofa bed that was too short for our 1.76-meter-tall son.

It was clean and quiet. It was a short walk to an IHOP, which is important as the Inn’s “breakfast buffet” is lame.

Cons The free shuttle was a joke, it took 45 minutes to pick us up after I called from the designated spot at SEA-TAC, and the driver was rude and impossible to understand. The shuttle goes to two different hotels, and the driver didn’t announce the stops. He just expected everyone to know. Then the experience at check-in was ridiculous, one manic man behind the counter, talking a mile a minute in heavily accented English, while many guests were waiting to check in. Worst motel experience I’ve ever had, and it wasn’t cheap. We called Lyft in the morning rather than deal with the shuttle horrors again.
