Sleep Inn & Suites Dripping Springs - Austin Area
Praised forfriendly staff · great location · comfortable beds · good breakfast
Flagged forozone smell · dirty bedding · noise from party group · inability to reach management
Very clean property with wonderful breakfast options. The breakfast dining area is so cute. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Staff very helpful.
The elevator was not working and carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs and back down again was very hard on me and my husband as we are seniors. There was no help available from the staff. I feel the hotel should have offered discounts for the $329/night charge. Very doubtful we will ever book here again.
Ozone too strong!
The ozone smell in our room was so strong it gave us both bad headaches!!!!
Very friendly staff, great location, clean hotel with outdoor area.
