I do not think i will go back again to this hotel!

Location is wonderful

Cons I was surprised that the hotel charges $75 (~3800 Egypt pounds) for a ride to the airport, where i took taxi (Uber) for only 459 Egyption pound ?!?! I stayed four days, and only have one day breakfast because of the “non exceptable” behavior of staff

L’accueil a été exceptionnel. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Mohamed Ramadan, une personne extraordinaire, très attentionnée et professionnelle. Toute l’équipe était vraiment aux petits soins et a contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable. Le personnel est chaleureux, disponible et à l’écoute.

Cons Le principal point négatif a été le bruit du voisinage pendant la nuit, avec l’impression d’avoir une discothèque juste à côté, ce qui a rendu le sommeil difficile. J’ai également trouvé que certains équipements de l’hôtel étaient un peu vieillissants et mériteraient d’être rénovés

Overall Great Experience

Staff are very polite and helpful with all matters of importance. The views from the rooms and nice. Rooms are very specious and beds are comfortable. Great amenities.

Cons Because it’s a smoking/ non-smoking hotel, as a non-smoker myself, I could smell smoke everywhere even in the non-smoking room I booked. The room is also definitely showing its age with the carpets and upholstery
