Muy buena estadía en Miami

Me encantó mi estadía. El hotel es lindo, muy cómodo. La habitación era amplia, limpia y agradable, con una cama comodísima. La ubicación también me pareció muy buena, ideal para moverse y disfrutar Miami. Además, el personal fue muy amable, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía mejor. Sin dudas, es un lugar al que volvería.

Cons No me gustó la poca iluminación de la habitación, le faltaba luz para la noche no se veía nada! Y las almohadas muy incómodas, el resto súper bien!

I loved the views and location. Food was good too.

Cons Car parking pulling up to the hotel was little difficult and always backed up.

My stay was decent but hotel bathrooms need updating.

The decor was beautiful and cozy! The bellman were great. Beautiful views and balcony.

Cons Staff was rude. My suite had mold in the bathroom. My toilet would barely flush. There was dust accumulation on sides of bed and night stand. Staff kept giving me one face towel and suite was booked for 2 guest. The beach staff was rude especially the girl that works the hut.
