It was nothing short of amazing

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I really liked that you can use your room card to get in and out of the room and the parking lot as well.

Cons There was nothing that I didn’t like

A clean, comfortable and very convenient place to stay and park when flying in and out of Atlanta.

This is an ideal place to park a car when flying in and out of Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. The parking is inexpensive if you book online, and they have a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It's also great to be able to stay where your car is before or after a long flight. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff is very nice

Cons We often wish there were better restaurants in the immediate neighborhood.

Cons The staff was very unfriendly and not resourceful. The lights was out for over five hours and nobody came up to the eighth floor to assist me with my disabled brother.

Cons No hot water the entire stay, and a wind stormer knocked the power out for 8hours! And then when I wanted to extend my stay one day I was told another security deposit had to be held!!

I booked 5 days and stayed one

Cons There were three elevators only one worked. The carpet smelled stale. Parking and breakfast overpriced. It needs renovations
