Rooms are decent size and mostly clean, but cleanliness is hit or miss. Some guests found dirty tubs, random hairs in beds, and curtains that don't fully close. The HVAC can be loud. Loft rooms get the worst of it: poor lighting, noise from neighbors, and a feel that's cut off from the main building. Beds lean comfortable but pillows run overstuffed and firm.
