Descanso adecuado
Don’t stay here unless you can sleep through an earthquake and like rude staff!
Location and the ONE lady that checked me in was the only polite and friendly staff member.
Cons Staff exceptionally rude and unhelpful, vending machine doesn’t work, the room was not the cleanest, the doors all slam which wake you up and shake the bed, I was in a room with an adjoining door and I could head the rather loud obnoxious people next door fart, burp, talk and snore they may as well have been in the bed with me.
Luxurious, Comfortable, Friendly.
The hotel room was absolutely stunning, so clean, so well designed and furnished, the bed was PERFECT, I love when hotels offer extra amenities without requesting (like gorgeous hotel branded black satin robes... which were so comfy i fell asleep in it!) shampoo and conditioner were really good quality too. The room itself was stunning, so nicely sized, big bed, big sofa, a desk, TV unit and fridge etc. Everything was spot on. Just wish I could have stayed longer. Also thanks so much to the check in staff as I was given a complimentary 1 hour + checkout time which was ideal for my flight time. Oh and I ordered room service and the food was top tier and delivered super quickly and the airport shuttle was very helpful!
Cons nothing
The staff was friendly, rooms clean and beds very comfortable.
Cons The shuttle drove by without picking us up from the airport, we had already waited for about 15min, so had to wait for another 20min for the following one. We didn't have help with our luggage despite of travelling with a toddler. Having to move our things on our own was tricky as the suitcase wheels couldn't move freely on the carpet. One could hear outside noise from our room which I didn't expect, most hotels near airports have sound proof windows but this wasn't the case. The food service was extremely expensive and not nice.
