Solide Bleibe

Comfortable but disappointing.

The staff was very kind and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons I specifically booked a hotel with a pool and after we checked in we found a sign in the pool entrance stating it was closed for renovations. Guests should be notified when an amenity is no longer available so they can change their booking if needed. They had an outdoor pool at a neighboring property as an alternative but it was cold and raining so that was really not an option. Also the breakfast was ok but the eggs were watery and the hashbrowns were cooked to death.

This is an excellent hotel, but we gave it a lower score due to the closed pool and the parking fee.

Breakfast on two mornings was very good, including hot eggs and sausage, waffle maker, etc... as good as any hotel we have been to. The hotel was clean and modern. Room was comfortable. EV charger on site was fast enough to charge our car overnight.

Cons We were VERY disappointed that the indoor pool was closed, since that was the deciding factor for choosing this hotel. We were very surprised to be charged for parking, but this charge was eventually cancelled after complaining. It is a long hotel, so if you have mobility issues, request a room near the front desk elevator.
