It was comfortable and we felt safe inside. I should have researched the surrounding area more carefully

It was clean and elegant. They provided a dog bed. The covers/sheets were amazing and ultra comfortable.

Cons No parking provided in a difficult area. No change available at front desk. Very noisy street. I don’t think it could be avoided.

Cons El elevador estuvo malogrado el sábado y domingo y no tenían personal de mantenimiento para arreglarlo. Tuvimos que subir y bajar con maletas por nuestra cuenta sin recibir ayuda del personal del hotel.

Nice Stay in San Francisco Near Union Square

We really liked the interior ambiance of the hotel at check in. And the room was stellar with the bed in the corner and windows on both sides. The bars across the street were great so that part we liked how easy it was to go out.

Cons The hotel used to have a bar downstairs and now it is closed. There are plenty of bars all around so not a big deal if you are looking for late night drinks. The area is one block from the Tenderloin. Was not a problem for us and our stay. And there is no gym.
