Very very clean rooms! The room and bed was comfortable. The staff were awesome and so welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast at the cafe was nice and tasty.
Cons Nothing
Cons There were bed bugs and a train that ran all day and night right in front of the hotel but no mention of the train in the hotel description. The management has been non responsive to the issues with the room.
It was loud next to the railroad tracks. Unclean floors and the bed was not comfortable. Area has lots of homeless peopl
Cons I was charged an additional fee for parking and breakfast. GM didn’t contact me back until two hours before I departed. I’m still being charged 10.00 more for each day.
Front desk staff was great and very friendly.
Cons Wasn't aware this was right next to the train line. That is only downside which lowered the overall rating.
