We were very comfortable at Swisse-Bel and found staff to be very responsive to our needs.
The bathroom facilities were very good. Special gluten free food was provided. Staff were helpful in arranging transport and directing us to a nearby dentist.

We just stayed for a night, good clean and comfortable room. The location was good, walking distance to key points of the city.
Cons Restaurant: food wasn’t good. A lot of the options weren’t available and the quality and taste wasn’t what we were expecting. Would recommend eating somewhere else.
Lovely base for seeing Jogja and unesco temples
Nice, tidy and clean. Food in the cafe and room service is as nice too. Staff were lovely. Location not far from lots of restaurants and mall.
