Expensive big clean room with no AC.

Location was nice. Beach access was a very short walk and the beach was wonderful. The area was nice and peaceful. Room and bathroom were very large. Was able to part close to room. Staff was nice and helpful. The small fridge and micro was nice to have in room.

Cons Room was tired looking but clean. The place would be 4 star if remodeled and 5 star if on the beach. The paint or drywall tape was coming off the bathroom ceiling by the fan/light and the drape holder on the right side was pulled out of the wall. The tile in front of the tub was cracked. The coffee was so-so for free coffee and you just get 1 packet of sugar and powdered creamer per cup. Pictures of the ad showed views of the beach and ocean but the property is not beachfront. Found out after booking and had a chance to cancel but did not have many other options because of timing. No AC in the room and did not feel safe to leave sliding patio door open all night because room was on ground level. There was no window to open. TV was around a 32". For $230 a night, I was expecting something nicer.

This hotel was very acceptable and we took advantage of it's location close to all parts of town.

Room was at an easy location, furniture was in good shape and staff were very helpful.

Cons Bed was uncomfortable. There was no access to an easy breakfast. Person in room above stomped on the floor for hours on two out of three nights.
